Storage figures come from the agent's own pages where it publishes them and otherwise from third-party directories, which sometimes disagree; each agent page says which. Trustpilot numbers are the score with the review count in brackets. "Withdrawn" means Trustpilot has hidden the score after a guideline breach.

How to choose as a Hacoo buyer
Coming from Hacoo, three things matter more than headline fees. First, warehouse photos: they are the main reason to switch, so prefer agents that publish free QC photos. Second, storage time: you'll be gathering items from several sellers, and 90 days or more gives room to wait for slow ones. Third, payment: agents differ in local methods such as SEPA, iDEAL, BLIK or Klarna, which matters if you're used to Hacoo's simple card and wallet checkout. Agents buy from marketplaces; Hacoo is a marketplace of its own that agents don't buy from. These pages explain each platform from a Hacoo shopper's point of view: what it is, whether you need an agent, and what its spreadsheets usually contain.

Moving a find between agents
Marketplace items keep their item number whichever agent you use, so a find in one agent's format can be opened in another. That makes switching agents cheap, and it is how rows from closed agents are rescued. How was each agent's status checked?
On 5 October 2026 we looked at each agent's website, its Trustpilot profile (score, review count and date of the newest review) and the rep.tools status board, which was last verified on 31 August 2026. Agents with weeks of stuck-order reviews or no public activity for months are marked hold. Closed or offline means the site is gone, shows a maintenance notice or stopped trading.
Which agent is best for someone coming from Hacoo?
There is no single best; it depends on your country and habits. For EU buyers who want local payment methods, agents listing SEPA, iDEAL or BLIK are convenient. For first orders, an agent with free QC photos and at least 90 days of storage gives room for mistakes. Whichever you choose, pay per order and avoid agents marked hold.
Why is ACBuy on hold rather than closed?
Because the evidence conflicts. The rep.tools directory reports that ACBuy shut down in August 2026, owner-confirmed, yet acbuy.com still loaded on 5 October 2026 without a closure notice, and its newest Trustpilot review is dated 30 July. Until the picture is clear, we treat it as too risky for new money rather than calling it closed.
Do any of these agents buy from Hacoo?
We found none that accepts Hacoo links. Agents buy from marketplaces such as Taobao, Weidian and 1688. To use an agent for something you saw on Hacoo, find the same item on one of those marketplaces first, usually with an image search, then convert the marketplace address into the agent's format with our link converter.
What does 'score withdrawn' mean on Trustpilot?
Trustpilot hides a company's TrustScore when it finds a breach of its guidelines, such as removed reviews it judged not genuine. On 5 October 2026 that applied to Oopbuy, LitBuy, HipoBuy, USFans and VigorBuy. It doesn't prove the agent is unsafe, but it means the star rating can't be used as evidence either way, so lean on other signals such as review dates.
