AllChinaBuy is offline behind a hack notice: protect your account first, then rescue the spreadsheet rows

Last updated .

Short answer: AllChinaBuy's homepage showed only a maintenance notice blaming an ongoing hacker attack when checked on 5 October 2026, and the rep.tools directory now lists it as shut down in August 2026. If you had an account, change any reused password and watch your card statements. Its spreadsheet rows still point at Taobao, Weidian and 1688 items, so move them to an open agent with our converter, or buy simple items in the Hacoo app instead.

First, protect yourself

AllChinaBuy's homepage now carries a single notice: an ongoing hacker attack, maintenance under way, contact support by email. Whatever the full story, a hack notice means your account data may have been exposed. That matters beyond AllChinaBuy, because many people reuse passwords across shopping apps, Hacoo included.

  1. Change reused passwords, starting with your email account, PayPal and any shopping apps.
  2. Turn on two-factor authentication wherever it's offered.
  3. Check card and PayPal statements for unfamiliar charges, and report them.
  4. Treat emails "from AllChinaBuy" with suspicion, especially ones asking you to log in or pay to recover parcels.

Lock down your other accounts before thinking about your orders.

In the keyword dataset we use, AllChinaBuy was searched most in the US (about 6,600 a month), France (4,400) and the UK (3,600), so its rows turn up in plenty of English- and French-language spreadsheets.

Offline, reported closed, with a hack notice: no new money.

Rescuing AllChinaBuy rows

The products in AllChinaBuy rows are marketplace listings and survive the agent. Paste a row into our converter: if it can extract the Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address, it gives you links for agents that are open. If the row's link can't be read, use its photo and the image-search method in our Hacoo-to-agent guide. Then choose an agent from our status list and pay per order.

The rows are recoverable; the agent isn't needed.

If AllChinaBuy owes you money or items

Email the support address shown in the notice, describe your order and balance, and ask for a refund or shipment in writing. Keep screenshots of anything you saved before the site went down. If you paid by card or PayPal within the provider's dispute window, open a dispute. Don't pay third parties who claim they can retrieve parcels.

Written requests and payment disputes are the realistic routes.

Hacoo or another agent next?

If you used AllChinaBuy for occasional small orders, the Hacoo app may suit you better: one payment, one parcel, and a 15-day return window after delivery, with nothing held in a warehouse or wallet. If you shipped big hauls, an open agent with published terms, such as Superbuy, or one with local payments like HooBuy, is the closer replacement. Our Hacoo vs agents comparison helps decide, and our WhatsApp service quotes one delivered price per order.

Small orders to Hacoo, big hauls to an open agent, money never stored.

A checklist for anyone who used AllChinaBuy

  1. Change the password on your email account first; it controls password resets for everything else.
  2. Change any other account that shared the AllChinaBuy password, including Hacoo, PayPal and other agents.
  3. Switch on two-factor authentication where it's offered.
  4. Look through three months of card and PayPal statements for charges you don't recognise.
  5. Save any order confirmations or emails from AllChinaBuy in one folder, in case you need them for a dispute.
  6. Move your spreadsheet rows to an open agent with the converter.

None of these steps takes long, and the first three protect you whatever happened behind AllChinaBuy's notice.

Fifteen minutes of account hygiene now saves trouble later.

Once your accounts are secure, there is no need to watch AllChinaBuy closely. If it ever returns, treat it as a new agent: small test order first.

AllChinaBuy questions

Is AllChinaBuy coming back?

We can't say. Its homepage shows only a notice about an ongoing hacker attack and maintenance, without a date, and directs people to email support. The rep.tools comparison page lists it as shut down in August 2026. Its newest Trustpilot review dates from June 2026. Until the site works again with recent customer activity, treat it as offline and don't send money.

I had an AllChinaBuy login; what should I change now?

Assume your login details may be exposed. Change the password anywhere you reused it, starting with email, PayPal and shopping apps such as Hacoo. Turn on two-factor authentication where offered. Check card and PayPal statements for unfamiliar charges and report any to your provider. Be wary of emails claiming to be AllChinaBuy asking you to log in or pay.

Can I still buy the items in my AllChinaBuy spreadsheet?

Usually, yes. Its rows point at Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listings, which any open agent can buy. Paste each row into our converter to extract the marketplace address and get links for up to 13 agents. Where a link can't be read, use the row's photo and an image search to find the item again.

Is AllChinaBuy the same as ACBuy?

Sources disagree. A rep.tools comparison calls ACBuy a sister brand, while taobot.io says the two are different sites with separate accounts. A rep.tools guide from July 2026 recorded AllChinaBuy's domain registration in February 2024 and a UK entity, WH ACD Co., Limited, registered in July 2025. We keep separate pages and treat both as unsafe for new money.

What were AllChinaBuy's terms before it went offline?

According to a rep.tools guide dated 2 July 2026, it marketed itself as free, charged ¥20 per order for second-hand items, stored goods for 90 days and took three free photos. It accepted cards, WeChat Pay, Alipay, bank transfer and a wallet. Those terms no longer matter for buying, but they help explain what users may be owed.
