Saramart-era spreadsheets in a Hacoo world: what the old links do now and how to rescue the rows

Last updated .

Short answer: Saramart was the earlier name of the app now called Hacoo, and the old name is still visible: the Android app's package is com.saramart.android, and some Hacoo help pages still live on a saramart.com subdomain. A spreadsheet labelled 'Saramart' is simply an older Hacoo list. Its links may redirect into the Hacoo app or may be dead; test them on your phone, keep the photos of dead rows and search for the items again.

Saramart and Hacoo: one app, two names

Before it was Hacoo, the app traded as Saramart. The rebrand was cosmetic in the sense that matters to buyers: the same developer, the same app listing and the same checkout. Marketing4eCommerce, a Spanish e-commerce news site, describes Hacoo as the new name for Saramart. We could not find an official announcement with a date for the change, so we don't give one.

The old name still shows up in three places you might notice:

  • The Android package: Hacoo's Google Play listing uses com.saramart.android, which is why Android settings screens can say "saramart".
  • Help pages: some policy pages are still served from act.saramart.com, alongside the newer act.hacoo.app versions. The refund policies on the two match.
  • Reviews: Trustpilot keeps a separate, older profile for saramart.com next to the hacoo.app one, which currently shows 3.7 from 3,370 reviews.

A "Saramart" label tells you a list's age, not a different shop.

Semrush still counts searches like "hacoo saramart spreadsheet" (about 20 a month each in Germany and Spain) and "hacoo saramart" (320 a month in the UK) on 5 October 2026. People clearly still hold these lists; they just can't assume the rows work.

Expect more dead rows in a Saramart list than in any list under the Hacoo name.

Rescuing a Saramart row in three moves

  1. Save the photo from the row, at the largest size the sheet offers.
  2. Search inside Hacoo first. Sellers often relist the same product. Use a short description plus the colour.
  3. Search outside Hacoo. Run an image search and look for the same item on Taobao, Weidian or 1688. If you find it, an agent can buy it and photograph it before shipping. Our Hacoo-to-agent guide explains how to compare matches, and the converter handles the link format.

The same steps work on any old list, including 2025 Hacoo sheets and PDF copies passed around in group chats.

The photo is the asset; the old link is optional.

Is anything different about buying today?

Whatever name a list uses, a purchase today is a Hacoo order under Hacoo's current terms. Hacoo quotes 3–5 business days of processing and 15–25 days of delivery to the UK, France, Germany and Italy, and 15–30 days to Spain. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery; you pay postage on change-of-mind returns, and Hacoo pays when the item is faulty or wrong. Our delivery and returns page covers the details, and is Hacoo legit sums up what the reviews say.

Old list, current rules: check today's terms, not the ones quoted in the sheet.

Where to go from an old Saramart list

Treat the old list as a mood board, then shop from something dated. The main Hacoo spreadsheet guide explains how to judge any list in a few minutes. If one old find matters to you and you can't trace it, send the screenshot to our WhatsApp service: we tell you whether we can source it, quote one delivered price and send photos before dispatch, with payment per order.

Saramart questions

Why does my Android phone still call Hacoo 'saramart'?

Because an Android app's package name is fixed when it is first published and is almost never changed, even after a rebrand. Hacoo's Google Play listing still uses the package com.saramart.android, so file managers, permission screens and some settings menus can show 'saramart'. It is the same app from the same developer, listed on Google Play as DOOP TECH LIMITED in Hong Kong.

Do old saramart.com links still open products?

Some redirect into the Hacoo app and open the product, provided the listing still exists in your region. Many lead nowhere useful because the product was removed long ago. The quickest test is to tap the link on a phone with Hacoo installed. If it opens the app's home screen rather than a product, treat the row as dead and keep its photo.

Is a Saramart spreadsheet older than a Hacoo spreadsheet?

In practice, yes. Lists that use the Saramart name were made before the app switched to the Hacoo brand, so even a well-kept one is older than the lists circulating under the Hacoo name. Expect more dead rows. Semrush still records searches such as 'hacoo saramart spreadsheet' at about 20 a month each in Germany and Spain, so the old lists clearly still circulate.

Are Saramart orders and Hacoo orders handled the same way?

Today they are all Hacoo orders: there is one app and one checkout. The refund policy hosted on the old saramart.com help centre matches the one on hacoo.app, with a 15-day return window after delivery and refunds of 5–7 working days to PayPal or 8–15 to a card once approved. Any order you place now follows Hacoo's current terms.

Can an agent buy a Saramart item for me?

Not from a Saramart or Hacoo link, because agents buy from marketplaces such as Taobao, Weidian and 1688. What you can do is take the product photo from the old row, run an image search, and look for the same listing on one of those marketplaces. Once you have that address, our link converter rewrites it for several agents at once.
