Hacoo sells you a finished parcel. A shopping agent does something different: it buys from a Chinese marketplace on your behalf, photographs the item in its warehouse and lets you choose the shipping line. Here is every agent we track, re-checked on 5 October 2026. Green agents were trading normally, amber ones showed warning signs such as weeks of stuck-order reviews, and red ones are closed or offline. Each card opens that agent's page, written for someone coming from the Hacoo app.

What is actually inside a Hacoo spreadsheet
Strip away the styling and every Hacoo spreadsheet is a table of rows: a photo, a short name, sometimes a price, and a link. The link is the part that matters, and it comes in four kinds. Knowing which kind you are looking at tells you, before you tap, whether it can still work.

Most sheets mix the four. That is why a "Hacoo spreadsheet" sometimes contains links that have nothing to do with Hacoo: the original author found the item on Weidian and wrapped it in an agent link. Those rows are the easiest to buy from a computer, because the same listing can be opened through any agent. The app links, by contrast, only work on a phone with Hacoo installed. Read the address before the photo: it tells you whether you are about to buy from Hacoo or from a marketplace seller.
Five checks before you tap a Hacoo link
Copies of copies are the norm, so a few seconds of checking saves a wasted afternoon. These are the checks worth running on any sheet before you rely on it.
- Sample five rows. Open five links at random. If two fail, show a different product or bounce to a download page with no item, the sheet is stale.
- Look for a date. A sheet that says when it was last edited is worth more than a prettier one that doesn't. Sheets labelled 2025 are often still shared; our 2025 sheets page explains what changed since.
- Check where the link actually goes. Long-press and preview it. A link that passes through several redirect services before reaching Hacoo may be adding tracking or affiliate tags; that is common, but it should still end on a real product.
- Compare the price with the app. Sheet prices are frozen at the moment someone typed them. The app price is the one you pay.
- Read the listing's own reviews. Hacoo shows buyer comments and photos on many listings. A listing with none deserves a smaller first order.
The same checks apply whether a sheet comes as a Google Sheet, a PDF or Excel download or a pinned Telegram post. Category sheets for men, women and shoes go stale at different speeds; shoe rows tend to break first because sizes sell out.
If a sheet fails the five-row test, don't fix it link by link; find a newer one.
Two ways to buy the same item, line by line
Once you have a find you like, there are two routes. You can buy it inside the Hacoo app, or you can locate the seller's listing on a Chinese marketplace and buy it through an agent. The routes differ in who you pay, what you see before shipping and who handles a problem.

For one or two light pieces, Hacoo's single checkout is hard to beat for convenience. The agent route starts to pay off with a bigger haul, with sizing you want to check by photo, or when you are combining items from different sellers. The gap between the app stores and Trustpilot is the useful part. App ratings are often left early, when the first order arrives; Trustpilot attracts people with a dispute. Hacoo is a real, widely used store; its weak spot is refunds, not delivery.
Finding the seller behind a Hacoo listing
Hacoo's products come from sellers in China, and many of those sellers also list on Taobao, Weidian or 1688. If you find the same listing there, you can order it through an agent, get warehouse photos and ship it with other items. The method is practical rather than clever: save the clearest product photo from the app, run an image search on it, and compare the results' photos, colours and size charts with the Hacoo listing. Not every Hacoo item has a twin. Some listings are exclusive to the app, and some marketplace "matches" look the same in photos but use different materials. When the match is uncertain, ask the agent's warehouse for measurements before you pay for shipping.
A matching photo is a lead, not proof; the agent's warehouse photos are where you confirm it.
Delivery and import tax by country
Where you live changes the arithmetic. Since 1 July 2026, the EU charges a flat €3 customs duty per item category on low-value parcels sent under the IOSS scheme, on top of import VAT from the first euro. The UK charges VAT at checkout on parcels up to £135. The United States suspended duty-free entry for low-value parcels from all countries on 29 August 2025. In Brazil, a May 2026 provisional measure set a 0% federal import tax on purchases up to US$50, and Congress approved a cut from 60% to 30% for US$50–3,000 in September 2026, pending presidential sanction; state ICMS still applies. Hacoo spreadsheet questions
Do Hacoo spreadsheet links work on a laptop?
Mostly not. Hacoo checks out only inside its iOS and Android apps, so a spreadsheet link opened on a computer usually lands on a download prompt rather than a product. Open the sheet on the phone that has Hacoo installed. If you want to buy from a desktop, the realistic route is to find the same seller on Taobao or Weidian and order through an agent website.
Can a shopping agent buy a Hacoo item for me?
Not directly. Agents are built to buy from Chinese marketplaces such as Taobao, Weidian and 1688, and we found no agent that accepts a Hacoo link the way it accepts those. What works is searching for the same product photo on Taobao or Weidian, then pasting that listing into an agent. How long do Hacoo orders take to arrive in Europe?
Hacoo's own shipping page gives 3–5 business days of processing, then 15–25 days of delivery to the UK, France, Germany and Italy and 15–30 days to Spain. Other countries are quoted at 25–65 days. Express shipping is listed at 5–7 workdays. Treat these as Hacoo's estimates, checked on 5 October 2026, rather than guarantees.
What happens if a Hacoo item is wrong or damaged?
Hacoo's refund policy gives 15 days after delivery to ask for a return. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, Hacoo says it covers the return postage and may refund without asking for the item back. For a change of mind you pay the return postage yourself. Photograph the parcel and item on arrival, because the 15-day clock starts at delivery.
Why do so many Hacoo spreadsheets look the same?
Most are copies of a few original lists that circulate on TikTok, Telegram and Reddit, re-uploaded as Google Sheets, PDFs or Linktree pages. The copies often keep links that the app has already removed. Before trusting any sheet, open five random links: if two or more fail or show different items from the photo, the sheet is stale and you should look for a newer source.
