Buying from a Hacoo spreadsheet, one row at a time: the steps from tapping a link to keeping the parcel

Before you start: phone, app, country

Hacoo sells only through its app, so the order starts on your phone, not in the spreadsheet. Install Hacoo from Google Play or the App Store, sign in, and check the country or region setting. Region matters more than people expect: Hacoo shows different stock in different countries, and a spreadsheet made by a creator elsewhere can contain items you aren't offered. On Android the app may appear in settings as "saramart", a leftover from its earlier name; it is the same app.

Keep the spreadsheet open on a computer or in another tab. You'll go back and forth: the sheet for what to buy, the app for buying it.

The order, step by step

1. Open the row on your phone. Tap the link. If it opens the app's home screen instead of a product, the listing is gone; see why Hacoo links die.
2. Check the listing against the sheet. Same photo, similar price, the colour you expected. Prices in sheets are often months old.
3. Read the size chart in centimetres. Measure a garment you own; the men's and women's pages explain how.
4. Scroll to buyer photos. They show fabric and fit more honestly than the studio shots.
5. Add to cart and look at the total. Shipping and any discount appear before you pay. Parcels over 3 kg cost $5 more per extra 0.5 kg, according to Hacoo's shipping FAQ.
6. Pay in the app. Only in the app.
7. Watch the order page. Processing takes 3–5 business days before the parcel moves.

Two minutes on the size chart and buyer photos prevents most bad orders.

What the waiting looks like

Hacoo says some products ship directly from vendors and that multi-item orders can be split. Two parcels arriving a week apart is normal. Delays beyond the window, according to the EU help page, are notified by WhatsApp or SMS. The first 15 days after delivery

Hacoo's return window is 15 days after delivery, which is shorter than many European shops offer. Use the first evening well: photograph the parcel, open it, photograph each item and its tags, and try clothes on without removing tags. If something is defective, damaged or wrong, request a refund or exchange from the order page; Hacoo says it reviews requests within 24–72 hours and pays the return postage in those cases. If the item just doesn't suit you, you can still return it, but you pay postage. Refunds take 5–7 working days to PayPal and 8–15 to a card after approval.

When a sheet row is better bought elsewhere

Some rows aren't Hacoo items at all: they're Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listings wrapped in an agent link. Those can be bought from a computer through any open agent, with warehouse photos before shipping. Buying questions

Can I buy from a Hacoo spreadsheet on my computer?

Not inside Hacoo. Hacoo is an app-only store, so its product links and checkout need the iOS or Android app. On a computer you can browse a sheet and decide what you want, then open each row on your phone to buy. Rows that contain Taobao, Weidian or agent links are the exception: those can be ordered from a desktop browser through a shopping agent.

Which payment methods does Hacoo take?

A January 2026 explainer by Marketing4eCommerce lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna and Apple Pay as accepted payment options, and Hacoo's refund policy mentions refunds to PayPal and cards. Options differ by country, so check the payment screen in your app. Whatever appears there, pay only inside the app and never send money to someone offering to place the order for you.

How long after paying will my Hacoo order arrive?

Hacoo's shipping page gives 3–5 business days to process the order, then 15–25 days to the UK, France, Germany and Italy, 15–30 days to Spain and 25–65 days to other countries. Its EU help page breaks the journey into preparation, international transit and final delivery and totals 15–28 days. Multi-item orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

What should I do the day the parcel arrives?

Photograph the outer parcel before opening, then each item, its tags and any fault. Try clothing on without removing tags. Hacoo's return window is 15 days after delivery, and items must be unworn and tagged. If something is defective or wrong, Hacoo says it covers return postage and may refund without the item coming back, but the photos are your evidence.

Is it cheaper to buy a sheet item through an agent?

Sometimes. For one or two light items, Hacoo's single checkout usually wins on simplicity and is often close on price. For larger hauls or items from several sellers, an agent can come out cheaper on shipping per item and adds photos before dispatch.
