Small, registered and mostly Brazilian
FansBuy is one of the smallest agents on our list by public footprint. In the keyword dataset we use, it draws about 3,600 monthly searches from Brazil and only several hundred from everywhere else combined: roughly 210 from the Netherlands, 140 from the UK, 110 each from Germany and the US. Its Trustpilot page held 20 reviews on 5 October 2026. On the positive side, a directory gives specific company details, FANSBUY LIMITED in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, with a registration number, which is more than some larger agents disclose.
A named company with a thin public record.

What three photos can and can't tell you
Three photos usually means a front view, a back view and one detail. That covers colour and overall shape, which already beats a Hacoo order, where you see nothing of your actual item until it arrives. It may miss size labels, soles or inner seams. If any of those matters, ask for an extra angle before you approve shipping. Our women's and shoe pages list the details worth asking for.
Three photos for the overview; ask for the detail you care about.
From Hacoo to FansBuy
FansBuy, like every agent, can't buy from the Hacoo app. Trace the item to a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listing with an image search, check that size chart and material match, and paste the marketplace address into FansBuy. We didn't confirm FansBuy's link format, so our converter won't build a FansBuy link, but it will give you the clean marketplace address. The Hacoo-to-agent guide explains the tracing.
Trace, confirm, paste the clean address.
Paying a small agent safely
PayPal is listed, which gives you a dispute route. Use it, pay per order, and avoid building a balance in the account. With an agent this small, your own records matter: screenshot the order, the photos and any messages with support.
PayPal, per order, screenshots.
FansBuy or Hacoo
For most European Hacoo shoppers, a better-documented agent is the easier first step, and Hacoo's own checkout remains simplest for single items. If FansBuy's terms suit you, a two- or three-item test order will tell you more than any directory. Compare totals in the calculator, look at alternatives on the status list, or ask our WhatsApp service for a single delivered price.
Worth a small test; not the obvious first agent outside Brazil.
Reading a small agent's reviews
Twenty reviews can't give you a reliable average, but they can still tell you things. Look at the dates: steady reviews over months suggest steady business, while a cluster in one week can mean a promotion. Read the one-star and two-star reviews closely, since they reveal what goes wrong and how support responds. Check whether the company replies, and whether replies offer a fix or just apologise. Then compare what the reviews describe with the terms the directory reports, such as three photos and 90 days of storage. If they match, the terms are probably current. If reviewers mention different numbers, ask FansBuy before ordering.
With few reviews, read each one for detail rather than averaging them.
If you're in Brazil, where most of FansBuy's interest comes from, check the 2026 tax changes on our São Paulo page before choosing a line.
European buyers who try FansBuy should note their results in their own order sheet: the dates, the photos and the final landed cost. With so little public information available, your own record becomes the most reliable guide for any later order, and it makes comparing FansBuy with a better-known agent straightforward.
FansBuy questions from Hacoo shoppers
Is FansBuy a real shopping agent?
Yes. Its Trustpilot profile, claimed in June 2025, describes it as a China purchasing agent, and the w2cspreadsheet directory names the company FANSBUY LIMITED, registered in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, with registration number 76046490. On 5 October 2026 it had 20 Trustpilot reviews averaging 4.2, the newest dated 23 September. Small, but active.
When did FansBuy start?
Sources disagree. Its Trustpilot profile claims service since 2015, while the w2cspreadsheet directory gives 2025 as its founding year. We couldn't resolve the conflict, so we don't state either as fact. What matters more for a buyer is current activity, which recent reviews show, and how your own first order goes.
How long does FansBuy store items?
Ninety days free, up to a maximum of 180 days, according to the w2cspreadsheet directory. That is a standard window for building a parcel from several sellers. Submit the parcel well before day 90 unless you've confirmed the cost of extra days, and check each item's photos as it arrives.
How many photos does FansBuy take?
Three free QC photos per item, according to the directory. That's on the lower side compared with agents offering four or five plus video. Three photos still show far more than a Hacoo order does before delivery; ask for an extra angle on size labels or soles if the standard set doesn't show what you need.
Is FansBuy a good fit for European Hacoo shoppers?
It can work, but most of its audience is in Brazil: about 3,600 monthly searches there against a couple of hundred in the Netherlands or UK, in the keyword data we use. Community advice in English is scarce. If you value a large body of reviews, start with a better-documented agent; if you try FansBuy, keep the first order small.
